A fantastic bonus was the massage chair in the room—perfect after a long day of sightseeing! Breakfast was included and while basic, it was sufficient to kickstart the day. The staff, particularly Yokoyama at the front desk, went above and beyond to enhance my stay. On the downside, the property felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. The check-in process was tedious, and I found the WiFi speed quite slow, which made working from the room difficult. Additionally, the noise from other guests could be disruptive at times due to the hotel’s love hotel setup. Despite these issues, the experience was unique and memorable, making it easy to overlook a few inconveniences.

my stay at alps was fantastic! previously, i visited osaka but this time, the spacious deluxe queen room blew me away. the location was perfect, with easy access to namba station and tons of nearby restaurants.

The room was unexpectedly spacious, featuring a jacuzzi, a massage chair, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Yokoyama, were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my stay feel truly special.

We had a massive room! The massage chair was a highlight after long days of exploring and the jacuzzi was a surprise that felt indulgent. Plus, they provided all the necessities, even pajamas and robes, which made it comfy.

It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but honestly, I think it was worth it.

staying here was such a delight with the vibrant vibe of Namba just a short walk away. The beautiful Osaka Castle Park, which is only about 3 km away for those lovely afternoon strolls.
